![]() ![]() These cameras are located on the keel, sail and screw, which in layman's terms are below, above and at the rear of the submarine, respectively. The submarine is equipped with three external cameras which are operated via the HUD. It cannot "strafe" sideways, nor can it pitch forward or back as the Seamoth can. ![]() The Cyclops takes over the movement controls, with forward and back moving the submarine in that direction, swim up and swim down being used to ascend and descend, and left and right used to turn. While controlling the helm, the player is still able to move their viewpoint in a limited arc to look around. The Cyclops functions as a cross between a Seabase and a vehicle: the player can freely walk around inside it, only controlling it when they approach the helm control and "use" it. A far safer option for finding all hull and bridge blueprints could be either of the Mushroom Forests, and engine fragments can be found with relative ease in the Crag Field. It should be noted that while the East side of Mountain Island is a viable place to find many / all of the parts, a Reaper Leviathan and Boneshark patrols the area, and the parts reside at a depth of below 200m. ![]() Each completed component will progress the overall Cyclops blueprint by 33% to fully complete the Cyclops blueprint, the player must find and scan nine fragments in total. Each component is shown individually in the PDA. Cyclops Bridge fragments ( Crash Zone, Mushroom Forest and Sea Treader's Path, East side of Mountain Island)Įach set requires three fragments to be scanned to complete the component.Cyclops Engine fragments ( Aurora, Crag Field, Crash Zone, Mountains, and the Underwater Islands Wreck, East side of Mountain Island).Cyclops Hull fragments ( Mushroom Forest, Sea Treader's Path, East side of Mountain Island).Unlike most other blueprints, the player must find and scan three different sets of fragments to craft. Should the player choose to build multiple Cyclops, each will have its own beacon. It is equipped with an onboard AI that will warn the player of danger and a beacon allowing the player to locate it at a distance. Degasi Seabases are also classified as wrecks as confirmed by the Scanner Room.Access is obtained either via the dive chamber located at the bow of the keel or via the docking bay when piloting a Seamoth or Prawn Suit. The Underwater Islands Wreck also has a data terminal, but has no importance as it only gives what seems like a rule when working with Prawn Suits.Wreck 2 has a terminal that can be downloaded to your PDA, however, this terminal gives nothing of importance as it ends up spitting out a set of characters as if someone was smashing a computer keyboard. It is unknown whether this is intended or not. Non-scannable Picture Frames are present in the second Bulb Zone wreck and the third Dunes wreck. These were removed at some point, and Supply Crates can be found across all of the Crash Zone as of now. There used to be 4 small wrecks scattered to the west of the Aurora that yielded only Supply Crates. The same goes for Wreck 18 and 20, except 18 is only one part instead of 3 large scattered Wrecks. Wrecks 1, 3, 8, 9 and 10 also share a similar model.Wrecks 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 all share the same U-shape wreck model. If the ambience does happen to play, the game's command console will state the player is in a biome named "WreckInterior" rather than the normal "_WreckInterior" that most wrecks show as your current biome when inside of them.Entering the wreck through the ventilation duct on its western side seems to have a noticeably more common chance of making these ambient effects occur, although it can occur when entering from any entrance. Wreck 1 ( Grassy Plateaus) seemingly randomly plays a unique ambience track and sound effects which do not play in any other wrecks while in the upper portion of the wreck. The destroyed interior of a Wreck Concept Art Data Box - Cyclops Docking Bay Repair Module.Data Terminal - Data Download without headline #3 (705 -365 1200).Data Box - Cyclops Thermal Reactor Module.Data Terminal - Data Download without headline #2 (-664 -96 -9).Abandoned PDA - Degasi Crew Manifest: Marguerit Maida (-632 -74 -9).Abandoned PDA - Alterra Citizen Testimonials (-642 -111 -19).Data Box - Lightweight High Capacity Tank. ![]() Abandoned PDA - Trans-Gov Profile: Mongolian Independent States (-28 -106 -607).Abandoned PDA - Profitability Projections (-1397 -330 729). ![]()
